I have a ball python, who I named Salazar, after Salazar Slytherin.
He keeps the magic alive for me.
He responds to my emotions. Whenever I'm angry, he tightens up and readies his head to strike. When I'm happy, he bobs his head up and down. And when I'm sad, he curls up with me. He's the coolest and best pet ever.
But personally I'm not afraid of snakes, I just don't like them and wouldn't want to have it on me
